There is a lot of work that needs to be done before we’re able to reopen by next year! The main projects we have right now are:
- Demolition of unusable portions of the building to be repurposed.
- ADA-compliant public restrooms
- Repairs to critically damaged beam upstairs (complete!)

Ongoing Renovations
Some of these can happen as stand-alone tasks. The others may need to be done as part of a larger renovation project to help with cost and the theater’s downtime.
- New Floors and leveling floor
- Build a new stage
- Build a fully enclosed Auditorium with seating for 100+
- Fly Loft and Lighting rails
- New Dressing Rooms
- Full Bar and Lounge
- New Offices upstairs and a Ticket office on the main floor
- Prop and Costume storage on the second floor
- Expanded Scene Shop
- And probably much more as we get going.
